Duckpool
	click to enlarge   A cove at the seaward end of the Coombe Valley, approached down a narrow lane. Duckpool is a place of great atmosphere, heightened by surrounding steep cliffs and wooded valleys. Come here in summer or winter, on a fine or stormy day and sense the atmosphere and be drawn to contemplate on times long past. In the summer months, Duckpool is a good place for discovering the varied contents of rock pools. Swimming cannot be advised as there are strong currents and this beach does not have lifeguard cover.		click to enlarge Advertise on this site
